

How much is delivery? Free when you spend over £190 excluding vat, 1 pack @ £7.50, 2 packs @ £15.00 and all other orders @ £30.00 plus vat. Orders of 3 packs and over will be on palletised delivery.
How long will I have to wait for my order? We aim to deliver within 5 days however we will arrange a day that is most suitable for you.
Can you specify a delivery time? We cannot specify a delivery time, however we will contact you the day before delivery to notify you if it will be am or pm. You should also be contacted by the driver an hour before arrival.
Will I have to sign for my delivery? To ensure that your products are delivered safely we ask that you are able to check and sign for goods on delivery.
What if I miss my delivery? We will agree a delivery date that is most suitable for you, however if for any reason you are not home when we try to deliver we will need to rearrange a new delivery date. There will be a charge incurred due to the costs involved in delivery however you will be informed of this prior to the re-delivery being made.
What happens if my delivery is damaged? In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged, please call us on 0845 125 9158 and we will arrange collection and replacement of the goods as soon as possible.
Do you supply samples? Yes we do, just give us a ring on 0845 125 9158 or email on screwfixflooring@floorbrand.com and we will be happy to supply a sample of the product you are interested in, absolutely free.
Do you offer a fitting service? We do not currently offer a fitting service, however we do recommend that all flooring is fitted by a professional to ensure the look and longevity of your new floor.
Can I get a discount for bulk purchases? We do aim to have the most competitive prices we can offer on our site, however if you have a project or large order give us a call on 0845 125 9158 and we will be happy to discuss it.
Do you have a showroom? In order to keep our costs low to ensure we are offering the best value we do not currently have a showroom. However we are happy to offer advice and samples if you give us a call.
Can I collect my order? If it is more convenient for you we are happy for you to collect your goods, however this should be by prior arrangement. Warehouse opening hours are 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday, we are not open at weekends. It is important that you arrive with a suitable vehicle and means of securing the goods, we do not have straps, rope packing etc available. We do not recommend any of our products are transported on a roof rack.
Do you offer a price matching service? We aim to offer value for money products and great service by people who know flooring, as such we do not price match. However we are more than happy to hear your feedback.
How do I cancel an order? Should you change your mind for whatever reason we need at least 24hrs notice (prior to the delivery date given) to cancel the order otherwise you may be charged to return the goods. All products with Aquaprotect, a special highly moisture resistant core board, are most certainly suitable for these areas. The coreboard is fully resin impregnated to prevent the ingress of moisture on the edge of the boards and fully protected by the overlay on the front of the product and the balance layer on the reverse of the boards. You can use these products in bathrooms, kitchens and all areas that potentially are subject to water through use and cleaning regimes.
What do you mean by manufacturer direct warranties ? Exactly that - the products that we sell are fully supported by the manufacturing partnership that has come together to create Screwfix Flooring. The warranties will be issued directly to you the end user of the flooring when completing the warranty card that can be downloaded from the web. The warranties are fully comprehensive and cover all manufacturing defects, leading to a failure of the floor.
