Charges

All orders £190 or above exclusive of VAT are delivered carriage FREE.


Delivery charges for smaller orders under £190 exclusive of VAT are as follows:

The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on the web site. All prices may be expressed inclusive or exclusive of any VAT payable dependent on the settings chosen and based upon delivery within mainland* UK. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge if the order is under £190 excluding VAT.

* For the highlands of Scotland,the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and other offshore locations (‘Highlands & Islands’), a carriage charge will be levied. Please call us on 0845 128 9158 before placing your order so that the exact charge can be clarified.


Deliveries.

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you.  All deliveries will be made to you by our courier. We do our best to secure delivery within 5 working days of the date of your order. One of our team will be in touch with you via your contact number supplied and/or by email. Please allow us time to arrange our delivery schedule prior to calling you.  We will call at least 3 days prior to our intended delivery date to confirm the date and estimate AM or PM. Time is not of the essence for the purposes of this condition. Surcharges may apply for special deliveries where there are access restrictions.

We can only offer a kerbside delivery as our drivers are not insured to enter premises.

If you are not at home for a pre-arranged delivery then we reserve the right to charge you additional delivery charges as stated to redeliver your order.

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you.  Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

If you wish to change the delivery date once it is agreed then please give us no less than 2 working days notice prior to delivery. If less than 2 working days is given, an additional delivery charge may be charged.

It is your responsibility to check your flooring before signing for the goods. We cannot accept liability for goods damaged after delivery if signed for in perfect condition. If you intend using subcontractors for installation we recommend you do not commit to them until the delivery has been made, this will avoid any danger of you being financially liable for downtime due to unavoidable delays.

Where any valid claim in respect of the Goods which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the Goods or their failure to meet specification is notified to the Seller in accordance with these Conditions, the Seller shall be entitled to replace the Goods (or the part in question) free of charge or, at the Seller's sole discretion, refund to the Buyer the price of the Goods (or a proportionate part of the price), but the Seller shall have no further liability to the Buyer.


Collections


The warehouse is only open for collection by making prior arrangements with our staff. The warehouse hours are 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday The warehouse is not open at weekends. Please ensure you arrive well within the opening times, if you arrive too early or too late we will not be able to service your collection. It is also important that you arrive with a suitable vehicle and means of securing the goods, we do not have straps, rope packing etc available. We do not recommend any of our products are transported on a roof rack


Returns
You may cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the date of delivery. To do this please write to us or e-mail us and we will be happy to refund or exchange your goods after they are returned in good condition.

You must ensure that any goods to be returned are packaged adequately to protect against damage or preferably be in the original delivery format.  If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, you will be charged accordingly.

You should only open one pack to check suitability as we can only accept material back into stock in the original packaging. We do not accept part returns.

If you wish to cancel your order within the 7 day period you must return the goods to us at your own expense, and include the returns reference obtained from our office. The goods should be returned to our warehouse :

CARPET & SHEET VINYL RETURNS ARE NOT POSSIBLE AS THEY ARE CUSTOM CUT TO YOUR DIMENSIONS.
